Highlights: The Rosalynn apple was discovered in an apple orchard in Royal City, Washington with an uncertain parentage. The orchard contained Fuji, Gala, Winesap, Rome, Red and Golden Delicious apples so this new varietal is a chance seedling from this combination.

The apple has crisp, firm white flesh which does not discolour easily, making a great apple for eating fresh as well as baking. The organic Rosalynn apples which Zenxin imports from Daisy Girl Organics DO NOT have any added wax coating. They do of course have the natural wax coating which the apple produces to protect itself.
