Organic Green vegetables cooked with olive oil and parsley, deep frozen

Preparation:

In a Pan: without defrosting, put the desired quantity of frozen product in a hot pan without adding oil. Cook over medium heat for 10mins until the potatoes are golden. Adapt these instructions according to the quantity of food to prepare and the power capacity of your equipment.

Storage: 24 hours in a refrigerator / 3 days in the freezing compartment (-6C) / in the freezer at -18c up to the date indicated on the packaging. Never refreeze a product which has been defrosted.
