Flavorful and healthy Grapeseed Oil (from non-GMO seeds).

Grapeseed oil is not only cholesterol-free, it actually reduces the cholesterol accumulated in the body. It contains one of the highest proportions (72%) of linoleic acid (omega-6) – a fatty acid which acts as a transporter for saturated fats, preventing accumulation in the arteries. It is said to reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol while increasing HDL (good) cholesterol.
It contains Vitamin E and fatty acids and it is high in antioxidants like bioflavonoids.

It has high smoke point of 420 F making it suitable for deep frying without smoking or burning.Grapeseed oil has a mild, nutty flavor which does not overpower other ingredients.
It is ideal for frying, marinades, grilling, dressing and sauteeing.

Our natural oils are from Non-GMO seeds. Winterised oil received an additional process to normal refining. Winterisation involves cooling of the oil until waxes crystallise, then filtering to remove the crystals. The process ensures the oil remains clear and no cloudiness at room temperature.
