Highlights: The Candine^® apple is a relatively new organic apple developed by the Blue Whale co-operative in the Garonne valley, France. The cooperative has officially recognised eco-friendly orchards, but the growers have taken things to the next level by attaining the ‘HVE’ certification for more than 6,500 hectares. This certification attests to the company’s commitment to the ecological transition and responsible agriculture.

A hybrid of the Ariane and the Fuji apple varieties, the apple has a beautiful crimson blush over a yellow skin with juicy, sweet flesh and an enticing aroma. This is another apple ideal for the Asian market, because of its sweetness.
