Highlights: Organic Cherries (Prunus sp.) 樱桃 Yīng táo are especially high in polyphenol antioxidants, plus carotenoids and vitamins C & E  that help protect against cellular damage, reduce inflammation and promote overall health.  They are known for their bright red colour indicating a high anthocyanin content and they also contain melatonin which improves length and quality of sleep.

They do however have a very short season, so do be sure to grab them as soon as you see them!
