Beautiful Italian heirloom tomatoes, the ‘Ox-heart’ tomato really is heart-shaped. With its thick, fleshy walls and small seed cavities it makes an excellent tomato just sliced in an Insalata Caprese or roasted and made into sauces. The flavour is not acidic, just a mellow, rich tomato flavour.
