Radiant Portuguese Sea Salt (Coarse) 500g

Traditional sea salt hand harvested from the Algarve region of Portugal and sun-dried with no further processing. The region’s hot and intense sun helps produce brilliantly pure sea salt rich in micronutrients without the grey discolouration found in rainier climates. This salt has a higher amount of Mg, K, Ca and Fe than is commonly found in refined salts. It contains no anti-caking agent or additives and is unbleached.
