Pea Protein Smoothie
Pea protein helps prevent muscular degeneration. Sarcopenia or muscle loss is a common condition that affects 10% adults over 50 as they have a higher protein requirement. Stress, inflammation, sedentary lifestyle and an unbalanced diet all contribute to sarcopenia. Adding this powder to your favourite smoothie is a great way to improve protein intake.
